The High Efficiency Boiling Dryer is engineered for the optimal boiling drying of granular materials ranging from 0.1-6mm. Perfectly suited for drying finished products and intermediates within the pharmaceutical, food, light industry, and chemical sectors. The process involves natural air drawn by the fan, purified, and heated to create high-speed airflow through the material bed plate, achieving a state of boiling. This gas-solid interaction ensures rapid water evaporation, delivering superior drying results.
Principle:
Once the air is heated and purified, it is introduced via the induced draft fan from below, passing through the hopper's mesh plate. Inside the working chamber, fluidization is achieved through stirring and negative pressure, swiftly evaporating water which is then expelled with the exhaust, ensuring rapid material drying.
