Operational Principle:
Wet materials are seamlessly introduced from the feeder to the initial drying plate at the top of the dryer. A rotating rake arm with blades ensures continuous material flipping, guiding it along an exponential spiral across the drying tray surface. On the small drying tray, the material cascades to the outer edge before descending to the larger tray below. This alternating arrangement of large and small trays allows for a smooth, uninterrupted material flow throughout the dryer.
Our innovative hollow drying plate is infused with a heating medium, such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt. This medium travels through the drying plate, ensuring even heat distribution.
