Description:
Our high-efficiency boiling drier is engineered for the rapid boiling and drying of granular materials ranging from 0.1-6mm in size. Perfect for both finished products and intermediates in the pharmaceutical, food, light industry, and chemical sectors. The process involves natural air being drawn by a fan, purified, heated, and then passed through material bed plate holes to initiate high-speed airflow, putting the material in a boiling state. This gas-solid two-phase interaction results in efficient evaporation of moisture, completing the drying cycle.
Principle:
Once air is heated and purified, it is channeled through an induced draft fan from below, traversing the hopper mesh plate. Within the working chamber, stirring and negative pressure create a fluid state, allowing moisture to rapidly evaporate and be expelled, thus swiftly drying the material.
