Two-dimensional Mixer: The two-dimensional movement mixer, as its name suggests, operates with the drum executing simultaneous movements in two directions. These directions include the rotation of the drum and its swinging motion. Within the drum, the mixed material rotates, flips, and blends as the drum turns. Concurrently, as the drum swings, the material undergoes left-to-right mixing, achieving comprehensive blending in a short time.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs a complex sequence of translation and tumbling movements. This causes the materials to move annularly, radially, and axially within the barrel, facilitating mutual flow, spread, accumulation, and mixing of materials to achieve full homogenization.

These mixers are extensively utilized in the pharmaceutical, food, dye, feed, chemical fertilizer, and pesticide industries. They are particularly suitable for blending various solid materials with large volumes (ranging from 1,000 to 12,000 liters). As the mixing barrel swings and rotates, the materials inside are thoroughly mixed.
