Principle:
Our design densely packs the hollow shaft with wedge-shaped blades, where heat medium circulates through the hollow axis, enabling vast heat transfer. Operating between -40ºC and 320ºC, the medium may include steam, water, or oil. The indirect heating method conserves heat, maintaining it within materials with minimal environmental loss due to a robust insulation layer. The self-cleaning blade surfaces maintain a pristine state by scrubbing away material build-ups. The W-type shell houses 2-4 stirring shafts enclosed by a sealed cover, preventing dust and collecting vapors efficiently.
