Our Double-Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer ingeniously combines mixing and vacuum drying. During vacuum drying, the material is placed in a sealed cylinder where it is continuously heated. The vacuum system pumps out the air, causing the moisture inside the material to diffuse to the surface through the pressure or concentration difference. The water molecules gain sufficient kinetic energy, overcoming molecular attraction to diffuse into the low-pressure vacuum chamber space and are removed by the vacuum pump, thus achieving thorough drying.

1. Throughout the vacuum drying process, the pressure within the cylinder remains significantly lower than atmospheric pressure. This low-density, low-oxygen environment is ideal for drying easily oxidized medicines, reducing the risk of bacterial contamination.
2. Due to the proportional relationship between vaporization temperature and steam pressure, vacuum drying allows moisture to vaporize at low temperatures, making it especially suitable for heat-sensitive pharmaceutical materials.
3. Vacuum drying eliminates surface hardening, a common issue due to the significant pressure difference between the inner and outer layers of the material, ensuring consistent drying without surface hardening.
