The Precision Pan Dryer is a marvel of efficient conductive continuous drying technology. Operational Principle:
The drying process begins as wet materials are steadily fed onto the uppermost drying plate from the feeder. A rotating rake arm with blades continuously turns the materials, allowing them to flow along an exponential spiral across the plate's surface. As materials on smaller trays reach the outer edge, they cascade onto larger trays below. On these larger trays, materials flow inward and descend through central feeding ports to the next smaller tray. This alternating arrangement of large and small trays ensures a seamless flow through the drying system.
The hollow drying plates are infused with a heating medium, which may include saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, entering from one end and exiting from the other. As materials are dried, they fall from the final tray onto an aggregate tray, where rake blades guide them to the discharge port. Moisture evaporates and exits via a dehumidification port on the top cover, while vacuum dryers extract moisture through a dedicated vacuum port.
