Our Flash Dryer operates with hot air tangentially introduced at the dryer's base, creating a robust rotating wind field guided by the agitator. Material enters through the screw feeder and is subjected to intense impact, friction, and shear forces driven by high-speed rotating paddles, resulting in rapid crushing and thorough contact with hot air for efficient heating and drying. Dried material is conveyed to a dust collection system for processing, with exhaust gas, containing dust levels of 50mg/m3, expelled via an induced draft fan, completing the drying cycle.

Principle:
