Centrifugal spray drying, an ingenious process utilizing centrifugal atomizers, efficiently dries liquid materials, gaining widespread adoption in industrial production. This method is exceptionally well-suited for creating powdery or granular products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and pumping lake liquid raw materials. Spray drying is the optimal choice when precise particle size distribution, minimal residual moisture, desired bulk density, and particle shape are essential.
Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer's sophisticated mechanism begins as air is filtered and heated, entering the air distributor at the top. The hot air spirals uniformly into the dryer, while a pump transfers the feed liquid from its tank through a filter to the centrifugal atomizer atop the dryer. This transformation into fine mist droplets allows rapid evaporation upon contact with hot air, resulting in instant drying. The dried product exits from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while exhaust gas is expelled by a fan. Users have the flexibility to choose heating modes and dust collection options based on specific requirements.
