Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer operates on a principle where air, filtered and heated, enters through the air distributor at the top of the dryer in a uniform spiral. The feed liquid, filtered and delivered from the tank to the centrifugal atomizer, is sprayed into fine mist droplets. This mist interacts with the hot air in a co-current manner, causing rapid evaporation and instant drying of the product, which is then collected from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator. Exhaust gases are expelled via a fan. Various heating and dust collection modes can be selected based on specific requirements.
