The wedge-shaped mixing device features a special heat transfer blade, offering high heat transfer efficiency and a self-cleaning heat transfer surface.
Principle:
Featuring densely arranged wedge-shaped hollow shafts and blades, our dryer allows heat medium to flow through the hollow axle and blades, providing a vast heat transfer area. The heat medium ranges from -40ºC to 320ºC, utilizing water vapor or liquid types such as water and oil. Through indirect conductive heating, the heat is focused efficiently on the materials, insulated by a heat loss prevention layer. Continuous scrubbing action keeps the heat transfer surfaces immaculate. The W-type shell contains 2-4 hollow stirring shafts, designed with a sealed cover to prevent dust leakage and facilitate material and vapor collection.
