Our advanced flash dryer utilizes hot air tangentially entering the dryer's base, forming a robust rotating wind field driven by an agitator. Material fed through a screw feeder is subjected to intense impact, friction, and shear forces by high-speed rotating paddles. This efficiently breaks down bulk material, facilitating full hot air contact for optimal heating and drying. The dried material is then conveyed to a dust collection system, while exhaust gases with dust contents of 50mg/m3 are expelled through an induced draft fan, completing the efficient drying process.

Principle:
Hot air enters the drying chamber through an annular gap at the bottom, rising in a spiral pattern. Simultaneously, materials are fed into the tower and thoroughly exchanged with the hot air. Larger, moisture-rich materials are mechanically reduced by the agitator, while finer, drier particles rise with the air flow to the separator for gas-solid separation. Finished products are collected and packaged, with exhaust gases processed by a dust removal device before release.
