Operational Principle:
The oven employs a fan circulation air supply system, ensuring uniform and efficient air distribution throughout the unit.
A circulating air supply motor, equipped with a contactless switch, drives the wind wheel through the heater. This mechanism propels hot air into the oven's interior via an air duct, while the used air is drawn back into the duct for continuous circulation and reheating, maintaining uniform temperature levels.
Any temperature fluctuations caused by opening or closing the door are promptly corrected by the air supply circulation system, quickly restoring the set temperature value.
