Operational Principle:
In a seamless operation, wet materials are steadily introduced through the feeder onto the initial drying plate at the dryer's apex. Here, rake arms equipped with rake blades rotate, consistently flipping and moving materials along a spiral trajectory. As the materials traverse the small drying tray, they are transferred to the edge, falling onto the larger tray beneath. This ingenious alternate arrangement of trays allows materials to smoothly progress through the entire drying process.
The hollow drying plates, infused with a heating medium-ranging from saturated steam to high-temperature molten salt-ensure efficient heat distribution. This medium circulates from one end to the other, enabling optimum drying.
