The disc continuous dryer is a state-of-the-art conductive continuous drying system. Operational Principle:
Wet materials are continuously introduced from the feeder onto the first layer of the drying plate. A rotating rake arm with rake blades ensures the materials are continually flipped. As materials move along the drying plate surface in an exponential spiral, they transition from the small drying tray to the larger one below, eventually cascading through the dryer in a seamless flow. Each drying plate is alternately arranged to facilitate continuous material movement.
The hollow drying plate is filled with heating mediums such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, which enter from one end and exit from the other. Dried materials are collected on an aggregate tray and discharged via the rake blades. Moisture is expelled through dehumidification ports on the top cover, with vacuum disc dryers extracting moisture via the vacuum port. The dried materials are ready for packaging, and auxiliary equipment like finned heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filters, pre-dryers, and induced draft fans can enhance drying efficiency. This system can easily handle drying of pastes, heat-sensitive materials, and can support various operations including solvent recovery, heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and reactions.

Sealed type: Equipped with a solvent recovery device, it can conveniently recover organic solvents from moisture carrying gases. The solvent recovery device is simple and has a high recovery rate. For flammable, explosive, toxic, and oxidizable materials, protective gas can be used as a moisture carrying gas for closed-loop circulation, ensuring safe operation.
