Principle:
Our equipment features densely arranged wedge-shaped hollow blades on the shaft, with heat mediums flowing through these blades. This design ensures a substantial effective heat transfer area within the unit. Heat mediums range from -40ºC to 320ºC and include steam, water, or oil. Indirect conduction heating ensures no heat is wasted, as the air doesn't carry it away. Self-cleaning wedge-shaped blades maintain clean surfaces through continuous movement and scrubbing. The dryer employs a W-type shell with 2-4 hollow stirring shafts, sealed to prevent dust leakage and collect solvent vapors efficiently. Heat mediums are circulated via a rotary joint through the jacket and stirring shafts, optimized for maximum heat transfer.
