Operational Principle:
Wet materials are meticulously introduced via the feeder to the primary layer drying plate located at the apex of the dryer. As the rake arm equipped with rake blades rotates, it skillfully flips the materials, prompting an exponential spiral flow across the drying tray surface. Material transitions from the smaller drying trays to the perimeter, cascading to the larger drying trays below. On these larger trays, materials journey inward, descending through the central feeding port to the subsequent smaller trays, creating a harmonious flow through the dryer's entirety.
The hollow drying plate serves as a conduit for heating mediums like saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, and high-temperature molten salt.
