The Two-dimensional Mixer, formally known as the Two-dimensional Movement Mixer, is a specialized mixer where the drum can operate simultaneously in two directions. These directions are: the rotation of the drum and the swing motion of the frame. This dual-action ensures that the materials inside rotate, flip, and mix efficiently, achieving a thorough mix in a short time.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs complex compound movements of translation and tumbling. This causes the materials to move annularly, radially, and axially within the body, resulting in comprehensive mutual flow, spreading, accumulation, and mixing, thus thoroughly mixing the materials.

Our mixers are extensively used in pharmaceutical, food, dye, feed, chemical fertilizer, and pesticide industries. They are particularly suited for mixing large volumes of solid materials (1,000 to 12,000 litres). The dual motion of the mixing barrel ensures complete mixing of the materials inside.
Since the discharge port is offset from the barrel's centerline, the mixer features rapid mixing and discharging capabilities, along with a high-volume mixing capacity.
These mixers are ideal for blending powder and granulate materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, light industrial, electronic, machinery, mining, metallurgical, and national defense industries, ensuring high evenness in mixing. The barrel's multidirectional movement prevents centrifugal force from acting on the materials, eliminating gravity segregation, delamination, and accumulation, thereby achieving a mixing rate as high as 99.9% even for materials with significant specific gravity differences. It is currently the ideal solution compared to other mixers.
The barrel boasts a high loading rate (up to 80%, compared to 40% for conventional mixers), ensuring highly efficient and swift mixing times. Every transitional radius of the barrel has been superfinished, enhancing its performance.
