Our dryer is ideally suited for the chemical, light, pharmaceutical, food, plastic, oil, slag, salt, sugar, and other industries. It provides simultaneous drying, cooling, and wetting functions. The product can be packed directly post-processing. Larger equipment generally adopts a split type to minimize vibration and reduce energy consumption.
Operational Principle:
Raw materials enter the machine via the inlet and move forward continuously along the horizontal plane under vibration. Hot air passes through the fluidized bed, facilitating heat exchange with the damp raw material. The damp air is filtered by a cyclone separator and exhausted, while the dry raw material is discharged through the outlet.
