The DW Series Belt Dryer revolutionizes batch drying with its continuous process. Ideal for materials like sheets, strips, and granules with excellent air permeability, it's perfect for dehydrated vegetables, catalysts, and Chinese herbal pieces. This dryer excels where high water content is involved but high temperatures are not suitable. It boasts rapid drying speeds, high evaporation intensity, and superior product quality. Even paste materials from dehydrated filter cakes can be efficiently dried post-granulation or strip formation.
Principle:Materials are uniformly distributed on the stainless steel mesh belt by the feeder. As driven by the device, they travel through a multi-unit drier where each unit facilitates independent hot air circulation. Tail gas is expelled via a specialized dehumidifying fan, while exhaust is managed through a regulating valve, effectively heating, drying, and dehumidifying the materials. The adjustable belt speed allows customization based on material temperature, ensuring continuous transition from drying to the feeder. Customize with flexible up and down cycles or units according to your specific requirements.
In our DW Series Innovative Drying Equipment, material begins its journey in the hopper, where it's evenly spread across the mesh belt by an efficient feeder. The mesh belt, crafted from premium 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, is propelled by a sophisticated transmission system through the dryer. This drying marvel comprises several independent units, each boasting its own hot air circulation. Special dehumidifying fans meticulously regulate exhaust, while control valves manage exhaust gas flow. Within the upper circulation unit, air from the fan is expertly channeled through side ducts into the lower chamber, rising as it warms via heater 7. The distributor gracefully directs this air jet through the mesh, ensuring thorough penetration of the material layer. Here, a seamless heat and mass transfer process is achieved as the air continues its journey to the upper chamber, interconnected by air ducts and fan inlets. While most air elegantly recycles, cooler, moisture-laden gases are efficiently discharged through large exhaust pipes. The lower circulation unit mirrors this elegance, with air initially entering the upper chamber, heating as it descends through a heat exchanger, passing through the material layer, and arriving in the lower chamber. With flexible configurations tailored to meet client needs, this system offers unmatched adaptability.
Our DW Series is expertly designed for vegetable dehydration, employing a sophisticated three-stage drying sequence: initial, intermediate, and final dry sections. In the initial phase, due to high moisture, the material is spread thinly, progressing at rapid speed with elevated drying temperatures, reaching up to 120°C or beyond. As the drying journey continues, the residence time in the final section extends 3-6 times compared to the initial stage, with material thickness increasing 2-4 times. For requirements where material temperatures must remain below 60°C, an optimal 80°C drying gas is applied. By utilizing a multi-stage combination approach, this innovative belt dryer ensures improved performance and uniformly superior drying outcomes.
