Principle:
Featuring a densely arranged array of wedge-shaped hollow blades on a hollow shaft, heat media flows through the blades to provide an extensive heat transfer area. The medium, ranging from -40ºC to 320ºC, can be steam or liquid, such as water or oil. This indirect conduction heating system ensures maximum heat is utilized for material processing, minimizing heat loss. The self-cleaning feature of the blades maintains a pristine heat transfer surface, ensuring efficient operation. The W-type shell, typically incorporating 2-4 hollow stirring shafts, is sealed to prevent dust leakage and facilitate material collection, ensuring complete material coverage over the heat transfer surface for optimal efficiency.
