Utilizing a fan to create suction, natural air passes through a purification cabinet and heater, forming high-speed airflow through the material bed plate holes. This results in a boiling state, facilitating large-scale evaporation of water within the materials for optimal drying.
Principle:
Air that is heated and purified is introduced by the induced draft fan from below, passing seamlessly through the hopper's mesh plate. Within the working chamber, a fluid is formed via stirring and negative pressure. This process accelerates water evaporation, with the vapor swiftly carried away by exhaust, ensuring rapid material drying.
