Operational Principle:
The air circulation system utilizes a fan-driven air supply method, ensuring uniform and efficient air distribution throughout the oven.
The air source is driven by a motor-powered circulating fan (with a contactless switch), propelling the wind wheel through a heater. Hot air is then directed through air ducts into the oven interior. Used air is recirculated back into the air duct, ensuring consistent indoor temperature.
When the temperature fluctuates due to door operation, the air supply circulation system swiftly returns to the set temperature value, maintaining optimal conditions.
