The two-dimensional mixer, fully known as the two-dimensional movement mixer, aptly named for its ability to move in two simultaneous directions. The two motion directions include the rotation of the drum, which swings with the swing frame. Inside the rotating drum, the mixed material undergoes rotation, flipping, and thorough mixing. Concurrently, the drum's swinging motion facilitates left-to-right mixing, ensuring the material is fully integrated in a short period.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs complex movements of translation and tumbling. This results in annular, radial, and axial movements within the barrel, promoting mutual flow, spreading, accumulation, and mixing of materials to achieve thorough mixing.
