The rotary drum dryer, a versatile drying equipment, plays a crucial role in chemical, light, coal, building materials, mining, and metallurgy industries. Principle:
When damp raw materials are fed into one end of the dryer, the rotating blades inside the cylinder distribute them uniformly. This ensures full contact with countercurrent hot air, maximizing heat conduction. During the drying process, the inclined blades and hot air stream move the raw materials towards the discharge end, where they are expelled through a discharging valve.
