Principle:
The operating principle of the centrifugal spray dryer involves air filtration and heating before entering the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air is uniformly distributed in a spiral motion. The feed liquid is pumped from the tank to the centrifugal atomizer, creating a fine mist. As this mist contacts the hot air, rapid water evaporation occurs, resulting in instantaneous drying. The dried product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while waste gases are expelled by the fan.
