Operational Principle:
The air circulation system employs a fan-driven air supply method, ensuring uniform and efficient air flow throughout the oven.
The air source is powered by a circulating air supply motor equipped with a contactless switch. The motor drives the wind wheel through the heater, distributing hot air evenly through the air duct into the oven's interior. The used air is then re-circulated through the duct for continuous heating, maintaining uniform indoor temperatures.
Upon temperature fluctuations caused by door operations, the air supply circulation system swiftly restores the set temperature, ensuring optimal performance.
