Our series of stainless steel hot air circulating ovens are equipped with low-noise axial flow fans and an automatic temperature control system. The fully sealed circulation system enhances the hot efficiency to 70%. This innovative design places our hot air circulating ovens at the forefront of the industry globally, saving significant energy and boosting enterprise profitability.
Operational Principle:
The air circulation system employs a fan circulation air supply approach, ensuring uniform and efficient air distribution throughout the oven.
The air source is powered by a circulating air supply motor (using a contactless switch), driving the wind wheel through the heater. Hot air is then distributed through the air duct into the oven's interior. Used air is recirculated through the air duct for further heating, ensuring consistent indoor temperature.
The air supply circulation system quickly stabilizes the temperature even when the oven door is opened or closed, maintaining the set temperature consistently.
