Two-dimensional mixer, formally known as a two-dimensional movement mixer, refers to a drum capable of simultaneous two-directional mixing. The two motions include the rotation of the rotating drum, which also swings with the swing frame. The materials inside rotate, flip, and mix within the drum while simultaneously moving from left to right due to the drum's swinging, ensuring a thorough mix in a short duration.
Principle:
Powered by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs a cycling compound movement of translation and tumbling. This makes the materials move annularly, radially, and axially within the body, achieving mutual flow, spreading, accumulation, and mixing for complete homogenization.
