Principle:
The operation of the centrifugal spray dryer begins with air being filtered and heated before entering the air distributor at the top of the dryer. This hot air is introduced uniformly into the dryer in a spiral motion. The feed liquid is pumped from the feed tank, filtered, and then sprayed into fine mist droplets by the centrifugal atomizer. As these droplets come into contact with the hot air, rapid evaporation occurs, resulting in the finished product being quickly dried. The dry product is then collected at the bottom of the drying tower and through the cyclone separator, while waste gases are expelled via a fan.
