The Gfg Series Efficient Boiling Dryer is engineered for the optimal drying of granular materials, particularly those ranging from 0.1 to 6mm in size. It's ideal for drying finished products and intermediates in pharmaceuticals, food, light industries, and chemicals. The natural air, drawn in by the fan, passes through a purification cabinet and heater, and enters the material bed through perforated plate holes, creating a high-speed airflow. This results in a fluidized state where the material undergoes rapid water evaporation, achieving efficient drying.
Principle:
The process begins with air being heated and purified, then drawn in by an induced draft fan from below, passing through the hopper's mesh plate. Within the working chamber, negative pressure and stirring actions form a fluidized state where water evaporates swiftly, being carried away with the exhaust, leading to expedited drying of materials.
