The DW Series Reliable Belt Dryer is a state-of-the-art continuous drying system designed for batch productions. Perfect for drying sheets, strips, and granules with high air permeability, it's ideal for dehydrating vegetables, catalysts, and Chinese herbal pieces, particularly when high water content is involved yet temperature sensitivity is required. This dryer boasts rapid drying speeds, significant evaporation intensity, and exceptional product quality. For paste-like materials from dehydrated filter cakes, drying post-granulation or strip-making is achievable.
Principle:The material is meticulously distributed onto a stainless steel mesh belt by a precision feeder, utilizing 12-60 mesh sizes. This belt glides through the dryer, driven by a sophisticated device. Multiple units form the dryer, each with independent hot air circulation. Dehumidified exhaust is expelled via a specialized fan, with a regulating valve overseeing gas release. The adjustable belt speed ensures optimal drying, with finished products seamlessly collected by a feeder. Units can be tailored and configured flexibly to meet the specific requirements of our users.
The innovative process begins as the material is meticulously spread across the mesh belt by the feeder. This mesh belt, crafted from durable 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, is expertly driven by a transmission device, seamlessly navigating through the sophisticated dryer. The dryer itself is a marvel, composed of several distinct units, each boasting an independent hot air cycle. A specialized dehumidifying fan smartly manages the exhaust gas from each unit. Ingeniously designed, the upper circulation unit utilizes a circulating fan to channel air through a side air duct into the lower chamber. Here, the air ascends, heated by heater 7, and is artfully distributed by distributor 6, transforming into a dynamic jet flow that penetrates the mesh belt, engaging in a heat and mass transfer process with the material. This upper chamber connects efficiently to the fan inlet via an air duct. Concurrently, in the lower circulation unit, air is directed from the circulating fan into the upper chamber, descending through a heat exchanger, passing through the material layer, and entering the lower chamber. This system promotes significant gas recycling while managing discharge efficiently. These versatile up and down loop units allow customization based on user requirements, offering flexibility in the number of units deployed.
Primarily utilized for the dehydration of vegetables, this machine often operates with three interconnected sets, forming an expertly designed initial dry section, a middle section, and a final dry section. During the initial phase, when the material's moisture content is elevated and permeability is challenged, strategic modifications are employed: a thinner material layer, accelerated running speed, and heightened drying temperatures. Impressively, the drying gas temperature can soar to 120°C or higher at this stage. As the process advances to the final dry section, material retention time extends to three to six times longer than in the initial stage, with material thickness increasing two to fourfold. When the material temperature must remain below 60°C, a drier gas of approximately 80°C is utilized. The multi-stage combination of the belt dryer is a testament to its superior performance, promoting uniform drying and optimal efficiency.
