The two-dimensional mixer, fully known as the two-dimensional movement mixer, is designed to allow the drum to simultaneously move in two directions. These directions include the rotation of the drum itself and the swinging motion caused by the swing frame. This enables the material inside to rotate, flip, and mix thoroughly as the drum rotates and swings, ensuring complete mixing in a short time.
Principle:
Powered by the driving shaft, the barrel, once loaded with materials, executes a series of compound movements, including translation and tumbling. This facilitates the materials' movement in annular, radial, and axial directions within the barrel, achieving thorough flow, spread, accumulation, and mixing for complete homogeneity.

This mixer is ideal for use in pharmaceutical, food, dye, feed, chemical fertilizer, and pesticide industries and is particularly suited for mixing various solid materials with large volumes (1,000 to 12,000 liters). The mixing barrel's swinging and rotating actions ensure that the materials inside are thoroughly mixed.
Due to the discharge port being off the centerline of the barrel, this mixer features rapid mixing and discharging capabilities, as well as a high volume mixing capacity.
