Our Double-Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer ingeniously combines mixing and vacuum drying processes. This sophisticated method entails placing the material in a sealed cylinder where it is continuously heated. Meanwhile, a vacuum system evacuates the chamber, causing the moisture within the material to diffuse to the surface. Through a pressure or concentration differential, water molecules gain sufficient kinetic energy to overcome intermolecular attraction, diffuse into the low-pressure vacuum chamber, and ultimately get removed by the vacuum pump, achieving a thorough separation from the solid.

1. Throughout the vacuum drying process, the cylinder maintains a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure, resulting in fewer gas molecules, lower density, and reduced oxygen content. This environment is ideal for drying easily oxidizable substances, minimizing the risk of bacterial contamination.
2. The proportional relationship between vaporization temperature and steam pressure in vacuum conditions allows moisture in the material to vaporize at low temperatures, making this method especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive pharmaceutical products.
3. Vacuum drying prevents surface hardening caused by large pressure differences between the interior and exterior of the material, ensuring a consistent drying process.
4. Due to the minimal temperature gradient between the inside and outside of the material during vacuum drying, moisture can naturally move and be collected through reverse osmosis, effectively mitigating the loss typically associated with hot air drying methods.

The double-cone dryer features a double-cone rotary tank. Under vacuum conditions, steam or hot water is introduced into the jacket to heat the tank. The tank's vacuum state and its rotational motion, which constantly moves the material up and down as well as inside and outside, accelerate drying speed, enhance drying efficiency, and ensure uniform drying.
