The operational principle harnesses natural air via a fan, routing it through purification and heating stages. The airflow, directed through the material bed's perforated plate, causes a boiling state, facilitating significant moisture evaporation and effective drying.

Freshly purified and heated air is expertly drawn in by an induced draft fan from below, traversing the hopper's mesh plate. Inside the working chamber, stirring and negative pressure facilitate rapid fluid formation. Water evaporates swiftly, carried away by the exhaust, ensuring quick and efficient drying of materials.
