Description:
Our high-efficiency boiling dryer excels in the rapid drying of granular materials ranging from 0.1 to 6mm in particle size. Ideally suited for drying finished products and intermediates in pharmaceuticals, food production, light industry, and chemicals, this dryer employs a sophisticated mechanism. The natural air, drawn by the fan, traverses the purification cabinet and heater, forming a high-velocity airflow through the material bed plate holes, thereby inducing a boiling state. This results in large-scale evaporation of moisture as the gas-solid interaction facilitates effective drying.
Principle:
Air, once heated and purified, is channeled by the induced draft fan from below, passing through the hopper's mesh plate. In the working chamber, stirring and negative pressure create a fluid state. This accelerates water evaporation, swiftly carrying it away with the exhaust air, ensuring rapid drying of the material.
