The Reliable High Efficiency Vertical Boiling Dryer is expertly engineered for the boiling drying of granular materials, ranging from 0.1 to 6mm in size. The dryer operates by drawing natural air through a purification cabinet and heater, creating high-speed airflow in the material bed that induces a boiling state. This process facilitates large-scale evaporation of water, achieving optimal drying.
Principle:
Once heated and purified, air is introduced via an induced draft fan from the base and passes through the hopper's mesh plate. Within the working room, stirring and negative pressure form a fluidized environment where water quickly evaporates and is removed with the exhaust, ensuring rapid drying of the material.
