Our series of hot air circulating ovens are equipped with low noise axial flow fans and an automatic temperature control system. The fully sealed circulation system enhances thermal efficiency up to 70%, positioning our ovens at the forefront of technology both domestically and internationally. Operational Principle:
The hot air circulation oven employs a fan circulation air supply mechanism, ensuring uniform and efficient air distribution.
Hot air is generated by a circulating air supply motor (utilizing a contactless switch) that drives the wind wheel through the heater. This hot air is then distributed through air ducts into the oven, and the used air is recirculated, maintaining consistent indoor temperature and optimal heating.
Upon door opening and closing, any temperature fluctuations are swiftly corrected by the air supply circulation system until the set temperature is restored.
