The Two-dimensional Mixer, or two-dimensional movement mixer, lives up to its name by allowing the drum to move simultaneously in two directions. These movements include the rotation of the drum coupled with the swinging of the frame. The materials inside the drum undergo a thorough mixing process as the drum rotates and flips the contents, while also moving from left to right. This ensures a comprehensive mix within a remarkably short period.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs complex movements of translation and tumbling. These movements cause the materials to circulate annularly, radially, and axially within the barrel, ensuring mutual flow, spreading, accumulation, and thorough mixing.
