The rotary drum dryer is a versatile and widely utilized drying equipment in the chemical, light, coal, building materials, and mining industries. Principle:
When damp raw material enters from one end, it is turned over by blades distributed inside the cylinder, ensuring even distribution and comprehensive contact with the countercurrent hot air. This maximizes heat conduction. During the drying process, the inclined blades and hot air stream facilitate the movement of raw material toward the dryer's discharge section, allowing efficient discharge through the discharging valve.
