The centrifugal spray dryer utilizes a centrifugal atomizer to dry liquid materials, making it a cornerstone in modern industrial production. This widely adopted process is ideal for producing powdery and granular products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and pumping lake liquid raw materials. It is the preferred method when precise control of particle size distribution, residual moisture, bulk density, and particle shape is required.
Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer's operation begins with air passing through a filter and heater, entering the air distributor at the top of the dryer. Hot air spirals uniformly into the dryer. The feed liquid, filtered and pumped from its tank to the centrifugal atomizer atop the dryer, is sprayed into fine mist droplets. These droplets interact with hot air, rapidly evaporating water and drying the material in a brief span. The finished product discharges from the bottom, while waste gas exits through the fan. Users can customize heating modes and dust collection systems based on their specific needs.
