Our flash dryer utilizes a hot air system introduced tangentially at the dryer's base, creating a dynamic rotating wind field. Materials are fed via a screw feeder and, under the influence of high-speed rotating paddles, are subjected to impact, friction, and shear forces. This process rapidly pulverizes the materials, ensuring thorough contact with hot air, leading to efficient heating and drying. The dry materials are then conveyed to a dust collection system for collection and processing, while exhaust gases with a dust content of 50mg/m3 are safely expelled, completing the drying cycle.

Larger, wetter particles are mechanically reduced by the agitator, while smaller, drier particles ascend with the rotating airflow, proceeding to the separator for gas-solid separation. Finished products are collected and packaged, with exhaust gases treated and discharged efficiently by the dust removal system.
