Overview:
Centrifugal spray dryers, utilizing centrifugal atomizers, are essential in industrial production for drying liquid materials. Spray drying is a prevalent technique in liquid forming and drying industries, perfect for creating powdery and granular products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and pumpable liquid raw materials. Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer operates as follows: Air is filtered and heated before entering the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air then spirals uniformly into the dryer. The feed liquid is pumped from a tank to the centrifugal atomizer, which sprays it into fine mist droplets. These droplets rapidly encounter the hot air, leading to swift water evaporation and drying of the product. The finished product is collected from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while waste gases are vented out by a fan. Users can customize the heating mode and dust collection systems based on their specific needs.
