The rotary drum dryer is a versatile drying solution widely used in the chemical, light, coal, building materials, and mining and metallurgy industries. Recently, the rotary drum dryer has seen significant advancements, notably in large-scale equipment specifications, structural diversification, and enhancements in energy efficiency and automation.
Principle:
The drying process begins when damp raw material is fed into one end of the rotary drum. Inside the cylinder, strategically placed blades ensure the material is evenly distributed and fully contacts the countercurrent hot air, enhancing heat conduction. Throughout the drying period, inclined blades and the hot air stream facilitate the material's movement towards the discharge end, where it exits through the discharging valve.
