Principle:
The vacuum rake dryer is an innovative horizontal intermittent vacuum drying equipment. It operates by evaporating moisture through conduction while a scraper agitator continuously cleans the material on the heated surface, promoting efficient circulation within the container. The evaporated moisture is effectively extracted by a vacuum pump, making this dryer an industry favorite for drying organic semi-finished products and fuels.
The steam jacket in this advanced device heats the material indirectly, perfectly suited for high-vacuum conditions. It is particularly ideal for heat-sensitive, easily oxidized materials or those prone to powder generation during drying. Capable of recovering vapor or solvents, it achieves moisture content as low as 0.05%.
