Principle:
Materials are meticulously distributed on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt by the feeder and propelled through the dryer by a drive mechanism. The dryer comprises several units where each unit independently circulates hot air. Partially, the exhaust is expelled using a specialized dehumidifying fan controlled via a regulating valve to effectively manage heat, dry the materials, and remove moisture. The belt progresses at an adjustable pace to meet material temperature requirements, ensuring continuous delivery of the dried final product to the feeder. Users can tailor the up-and-down cycle units and unit count to their specific needs, enhancing operational flexibility.

Crafted from 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, the belt is propelled smoothly by a transmission device through the dryer. This dynamic machine is segmented into several units, each boasting an independent hot air cycle. Through a sophisticated dehumidifying fan and strategic control valves, part of the exhaust is deftly managed. In the upper circulation unit, air from the circulating fan gracefully enters the lower chamber, ascending through heater 7. Distributor 6 expertly channels the heated air into the mesh belt, creating a jet flow that permeates the material and ascends into the upper chamber. This intricate drying process ensures optimal heat and mass transfer, with the upper chamber seamlessly connected to the fan inlet via air ducts. A significant portion of gas is recycled, while a fraction with lower temperature and moisture content is expelled through a large exhaust pipe via control valves and a moisture fan. In the lower circulation unit, air first enters the upper chamber, heating downward through a heat exchanger, coursing through the material layer, and entering the lower chamber. Here, the air is adeptly circulated, with only a portion discharged. The up and down loop units are customizable, allowing users to configure and select the number of units according to their unique requirements.

For materials requiring temperatures not exceeding 60°C, approximately 80°C of dry gas is employed.
