This innovative apparatus excels in simultaneously completing both drying and granulating processes. By adjusting pressure flow and atomizing hole size, it achieves granules of desired size and ratio, meeting diverse process requirements with precision.
Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure pump and atomized into fine droplets that mix with hot air and descend. Most of the powder material is collected at the bottom discharge outlet, while wasted air and fine powder are separated via a cyclone. Exhaust air exits through a draught fan, and powder is collected at the cyclone's bottom. An optional two-grade duster can be installed at the outlet, ensuring a recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: The equipment's tower body, pipes, and separators in contact with the raw material are made of SUS304. A fine layer of glass cotton provides heat insulation between the tower's inner and outer layers. The tower body features observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments, all managed via an electric control panel.
Heat Source: The equipment can utilize steam or an electric heater, offering convenient operation, rapid start-up, compact structure, and clean hot air. The electric control cabinet's internal control and regulation device allows seamless regulation of inlet temperature.
