Description:
Our high-efficiency boiling dryer is expertly designed for the boiling drying of granular materials with particle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 6mm. Ideal for drying finished products and intermediates, it serves the pharmaceutical, food, light industry, and chemical sectors. The dryer operates by using the fan's suction to draw natural air, which passes through the purification cabinet and heater. This creates a high-speed airflow in the material bed plate hole, inducing a boiling state in materials and facilitating rapid water evaporation for effective drying.
Principle:
After air is heated and purified, it is drawn in by an induced draft fan from below and passes through the mesh plate of the hopper. Inside the working chamber, stirring and negative pressure create a fluid state, allowing quick water evaporation and efficient drying of materials.
