Principle:
The drying process begins with the material being uniformly distributed on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt by the feeder. This belt traverses through the dryer, driven by a sophisticated mechanism. Our dryer consists of multiple units with independent hot air circulation, ensuring optimal drying by discharging tail gas via a dedicated dehumidifying fan. The exhaust is adeptly managed using a regulating valve. The net belt's slow and adjustable movement allows for precise control of temperature, ensuring continuous delivery of dried products to the feeder. A sophisticated feeder ensures even distribution across a durable mesh belt, crafted from 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire. This belt, powered by an advanced transmission device, glides seamlessly through the dryer. Our dryer is innovatively constructed with several units, where each unit boasts an independent hot air cycle. A specialized dehumidifying fan partially exhausts gas, all controlled efficiently via a dedicated valve system. In the upper circulation unit, air is dynamically introduced by a circulating fan into the unit's lower chamber, where it is elevated in temperature via heater 7. It then flows as a powerful jet stream through distributor 6, penetrating the mesh belt, and working through the material into the upper chamber. This process optimizes heat and mass transfer, facilitated by a strategic duct and fan system. While most gas is recirculated, a part is discharged through a control valve and exhaust fan, maintaining optimal conditions. Conversely, the lower circulation unit introduces air into the upper chamber, utilizing a heat exchanger to warm it before it descends through the material layer and into the lower chamber. Here, a side air duct and return system manage gas flow, ensuring most is recirculated. Our user-centric design allows for flexible configuration of loop units, meeting specific user needs with adaptable unit quantities.
Our Enhanced Belt Drying Equipment excels in dehydrating vegetables by utilizing a sophisticated three-stage process: the initial dry section, followed by the intermediate section, and concluding with the final dry section. Initially, due to the material's high moisture and limited permeability, we employ a reduced material thickness, enhance running speed, and increase drying temperature, which can soar to 120°C or more. The material's journey through the final dry section is prolonged 3-6 times compared to the initial section, with material thickness increased 2-4 times for optimal results. For temperature-sensitive materials, not exceeding 60°C, we utilize a dry gas around 80°C. By employing a multi-stage combination, our belt dryer achieves superior performance and ensures remarkably uniform drying.
