Principle:The process begins as materials are evenly distributed onto the mesh belt by the feeder, which utilizes 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh. The belt is driven through the dryer, which consists of multiple units, each circulating hot air independently. A specialized dehumidifying fan removes a portion of the exhaust gas, which is further regulated by a valve to optimize heat, dryness, and moisture removal. The mesh belt moves at a controlled, adjustable speed tailored to the material's temperature requirements. Dried products continuously exit into the feeder, and users can tailor the up-and-down cycle units and the number of units to their precise needs.
